Executive Staff

Lauri Kibby, Co-founder & CEO, has an MBA from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, and has grown several companies over the last 18 years from concept to profitability in diverse industries. She worked with top-tier, human resource consultancy, Towers Perrin, in the area of executive compensation including structuring and valuing salaries, options, and special benefits packages. She is a recognized woman entrepreneur in California and has consulted with such start-up organizations as JapanLoft, a leading-edge international urban planning firm, and Plan4Ever. She thrives on integrating business and cultural issues and is the Founder of Preservation Arts, a historic structure restoration company that grew from two people to a 100+ employee enterprise, and the past Executive Director of the Alaska Eskimo Whaling Commission in Barrow. Based upon her personal commitment and ongoing support to individual/organizational health and wellness, she sits on the board of Yoga Mandir - an educational research center in Santa Monica, California.

Susan Greene, Co-founder & VP Content Partnerships, has 15 years of senior management experience in human resource management and training and developing performance and health management programs for leading-edge companies such as Patagonia ("The 100 Best Companies to Work For") Smith & Hawken, and PowerBar. Her groundbreaking accomplishments have been highlighted in both US News & World Report and Human Resource Manager. For the past three years, she has consulted with organizations nationwide, including Hewlett-Packard, Washington Mutual, GE Capital, and Peet's Coffee & Tea. Her work has included coordinating mind/body awareness retreats in Mexico and Hawaii. Professionally, she has studied with such leading-edge thinkers as Peter Senge, Edwards Deming, Ken Blanchard, Tom Peters, and Stephen Covey, helping to translate their "work" into the workplace. Personally, she has been practicing yoga since the third grade and has had the honor of sitting with Jack Kornfield in satsung at Spirit Rock Meditation Center for the past 10 years.

Kelly Lefkowitz, Interim COO, has 16 years of strategy, planning, implementation, and interim management including 10 years experience with technology and web-centric businesses. Lefkowitz has a talent for balancing visionary leadership and executive management roles to maintain strategic and tactical focus simultaneously. Additionally, he has experience in media-based technology, technology-oriented HR services, health & fitness, and intellectual property licensing. He has consulted to new start-ups, emerging growth companies, middle market firms, and Fortune 500 businesses in the areas of strategy and planning. Lefkowitz holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management and an MBA from the University of Southern California where he has also taught strategy and planning in the School of Entrepreneurship's Business Expansion Network.

Advisory Board

Stephen Sideroff, Ph.D. is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Bio behavioral Sciences at UCLA's School of Medicine. He is the founder and former director of Santa Monica Hospital's Stress Strategies. He is a licensed clinical psychologist and consults with individuals and organizations in the areas of optimal functioning and behavioral medicine. He has worked with elite athletes including the United States men's national soccer team and the UCLA women's golf team.

Lobsang Rapgay, Ph.D., Executive Director, Psychology and Behavioral Medicine Clinic, University of California, Los Angeles. He is also President of the International Association of Tibetan Medicine , a noted expert in the integration of Tibetan and Western medicine and a translator for the Dalai Lama.

Craig Johnson, is the President and CEO of Arts Tribe, an award-winning creative and technology firm working in Internet and kiosk formats. Clients include American Express and the New York Stock Exchange. In addition to his active assistance in developing the modules and application, he is providing input into strategy and direction.

Kenneth Pelletier, M.D., Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine, Stanford Center for Research in Disease Prevention. He is the former Director of the Stanford Corporate Health Program, a collaborative program between Stanford and 12 Fortune 500 Companies, and now serves as an advisor to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Barb Green is the former Vice President, Operations, at Bold New World, an incubator and investment fund service provider. She also has 12 years senior management/technology experience with North Communications, a leading developer of kiosk and web-based solutions for federal and state agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

Steve Halpern, Board of Directors, Prevention Magazine, is an internationally acclaimed composer, recording artist, author, and educator, whose music is specifically composed to support relaxation, wellness, and personal excellence.

Joshua Leeds, Composer, producer, writer, and co-founder of Applied Music and Sound Technologies, a recording company specializing in audio products for enhanced health, productivity, and accelerated learning through adherence to specific psycho-acoustic principles.

Mark Hirsch, J.D., M.B.A., legal advisor, is President of NewTech Law Group, a business law and planning firm.
